SignDesk shall own all rights, title and interest, including all industrial property rights in the Product its structure, organization, and code and related software. Product in any altered customized form, developed in whole or part by DNPL during the relationship between You and DNPL shall be the exclusive property of DNPL and You hereby irrevocably waives any and all rights if any in such alterations or customizations.
Customer shall retain all rights pertaining to the contents upload/ used or shared in the platform while availing the Product and DNPL shall have a limited right on the data to the extent of providing service or for any other purpose as updated from time to time.
You agree that SignDesk shall have the complete right to make any changes to these terms of use at its sole discretion.
