Refund Policy - SignDesk App

Thank you for your purchase from SignDesk. We hope you are satisfied with the Product. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, kindly contact us at support@signdesk.com. We will strive in resolving any issue that you face whilst using our App or Web module.

Here are some FAQ’s on our Refund Policy

1. How can I cancel my subscription?

  1. You can cancel your subscription by either writing to us at care@signdesk.com or under Account Settings on the App, within 30 days of activation of subscription.

2. Can I cancel my subscription and request a refund from SignDesk?

  1. You can cancel their Subscription and request a refund at any time within 30 days of activation of Subscription. We shall assess each refund request and issue a refund on a prorata basis for the remainder of the period of the subscription. We won't be able to issue a refund if the entire plan has been exhausted by you. No subscription would be allowed post 30 days of commencement of the subscription.

3. What happens to my Documents if I cancel my subscription?

  1. If you choose to cancel the subscription, the account will be converted/downgraded to a Free Plan account. However, the storage of the documents already created would be limited to 30 days. You would be required to download relevant data within the said period, SignDesk will not be liable for any loss of data in such circumstances.

4. How many days will it take to process my refund?

  1. Processing of refunds may take upto 15 days.

5. Are there any exceptions to refunds?

  1. SignDesk reserves the right to deny a refund if it has been cancelled due to a violation of our SaaS agreement, Non- Disclosure Agreement or any law in force.

6. Can I restart my cancelled Subscription?

  1. If you wish to upgrade or restart your Plan, you can purchase a new subscription from Pricing .

7. What are the payment options available to purchase the subscription?

  1. Subscriptions can be purchased through Debit card, Credit card, UPI, Netbanking, wallets.

8. Will I get my refund to my Bank account?

  1. All refunds will be posted back to the initial mode of purchase on which the subscription was purchased. We do not provide refunds via cash, cheque.

9. Dispute regarding Refund

  1. In case of any dispute related to the refund, SignDesk reserves the right to either issue or deny the refund. Any dispute relating to the refund will only be adjudicated in courts in Bangalore(Karnataka).
